For Men:
LIVESTRONG - Sharing Hope Program

In alliance with the Lance Armstrong Foundation, California Cryobank is proud to offer the LIVESTRONG Sharing Hope Program which provides financial assistance on sperm banking for cancer patients.

In order to qualify, patients must have a diagnosis of cancer and have a single household income of less than $50,000 or a combined household income of less than $75,000.

Through California Cryobank, qualified patients receive semen storage services at approximately 50% off plus one free year of semen storage.

For Women:
Fertile Action Program

Through California Cryobank's partnership with Fertile Action, a breast cancer support organization for women of reproductive ages, we are proud to offer special pricing on reproductive options for women affected by cancer.

As a participating provider in the Fertile Action Network, California Cryobank provides female cancer patients substantial discounts on embryo and egg storage.

In addition, many women creating embryos without a partner may choose to use donor semen in order to create embryos for long term storage. California Cryobank is pleased to offer these women with discounts on donor semen vials as well as donor information products to ease the donor selection process.
